Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives — done once, done right.
Flat-fee pricing. Plain-English documents. A direct line to your attorney. Serving families and small businesses across the CSRA — from Augusta to Aiken and the Savannah River line between.
See Services & Pricing Book a Free ConsultWe focus on the legal work CSRA families and business owners actually need — not a forty-item menu. Every engagement gets a flat fee, a written scope, and a cell number for your attorney.
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives — done once, done right.
LLC formation, operating agreements, contracts, and ongoing counsel for owners.
Divorce, custody, and modifications — handled clearly, not strung out.
Closings, title questions, and cross-state property matters in GA & SC.
Every service below is quoted on a flat fee. Hourly matters (litigation, contested family law) are scoped after a free intake call so you know the likely range before we begin.
If you've been putting this off because every firm you called felt expensive and unapproachable — start here. We sit down with you, learn what you're trying to protect, and draft documents you actually understand.
You don't know if you're legally exposed — and you're afraid to find out. That's a normal place to be, and it's a fixable one. We form your entity, paper the relationships that matter, and stay on call without a meter running.
Family matters are stressful before they're legal. We acknowledge that first, then walk you through what the process actually looks like — timelines, filings, costs, and the decisions that are yours to make versus the ones a judge will make for you.
The CSRA is one community across two states. We close residential transactions on both sides of the river, resolve title issues, and handle the paperwork when families own property in both GA and SC.
No mystery, no chasing your attorney for an update. Every engagement follows the same four-step rhythm, with check-ins at every step.
A 20-minute call to understand what you need. You leave with a clear scope, a flat-fee quote, and a yes/no on whether we're the right fit.
You receive a one-page engagement letter — services, fee, timeline. Sign it digitally, pay a flat fee, and we're off.
We draft. You review. We sit down (in person or on Zoom) and walk through every clause in plain English until you can explain it to your spouse.
Documents executed, witnessed, and notarized. You get originals, digital copies, and a recap of what to do if life changes.
If your question isn't here, call or text — that's faster than email, and you'll get the attorney, not a screener.
You receive a written quote before you sign anything. The fee covers the work in the engagement letter — drafting, revisions, and the signing meeting. If something outside the scope comes up, we tell you, quote it separately, and only proceed if you say yes. No hourly billing on flat-fee matters. Ever.
Both. That's unusual for a boutique firm, and it's particularly useful in the CSRA where families and businesses regularly cross the state line. If your matter touches both states, you don't need two lawyers — you need us once.
At intake we give you the attorney's cell. You can call or text during business hours and get a same-day response. After hours, urgent matters still get a callback — non-urgent ones get answered the next morning. You don't talk to a receptionist who promises to "leave a message."
For a standard will-based plan: about two weeks from intake to signing. Trust-based plans run three to four weeks because there's more drafting and asset re-titling involved. We can rush if there's a medical or travel deadline — tell us at intake.
Yes, and here's what it depends on: contested family law and litigation can't be reliably flat-fee because the opposing side controls half the timeline. For those, we quote a written range based on what the case looks like at intake, bill in transparent increments, and warn you in advance before any range needs to expand.
Our office is in Augusta, GA, and we meet clients across the CSRA — including Aiken, North Augusta, Evans, Martinez, and Grovetown. Zoom signings are available for clients who prefer them or who live further out.
You'll leave with a clear scope, a flat-fee quote, and the answer to your most pressing question — even if you don't end up hiring us. That's the deal.
